I was thinking about this, and it occured to me that there is a complete lack of understanding of how wingmen work on Winsor's part.
Honestly, I think the wingman leaving was the absolute BEST thing he could have done for the OP. It's kind of an extention to my Rule of Three, as one guy out with thee girls has an exponentially better chance of pulling than two guys with three girls.
If the wet blanket had come along, then there would have been the real possibility that he comes to his senses, and tries to pick up a girl as well.
This then leaves the third girl alone, jealous, and pissed off. Meaning she'll likey block both of you, and no one is happy.
I guess I should amend the Rule of Three to be the Rule of Two where by when on the prowl, an group of Bros, must not try to pick up chicks from a group LARGER THAN THEIRS unless it meets the following criteria.
Rule of Two:
X - Y >=2
X=number of chicks in a group
Y=number of bros trying to pick up chicks from group X
Of course The Rule of Three is just a subset of the Rule of 2 wherein Y=1.
Edited to add the stipulation that this is only for groups of Chicks, larger than the group of Bros.
