Also the Calgary Folk Music Festival is in the works to build a 180-220 seat concert hall in Inglewood with offices for staff. This hall will cost $165 million and still needs lots of funding. The hall will be located here: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...67.44,,0,13.97

Would anyone here donate to these projects? Would anyone go to the concerts when built?

Indeed, all good projects. I donated to the Cantos at King Eddy project.
Calgary Arts Development is executing a great plan to get a lot of this infrastructure built.

I think your figure on the Inglewood hall is a bit high. I believe it's supposed to be around $5 million
Another interesting project should be the Epcor Centre expansion. Big project coming down the pipeline.
