Calgary Arts Development is executing a great plan to get a lot of this infrastructure built.

I think your figure on the Inglewood hall is a bit high. I believe it's supposed to be around $5 million
Another interesting project should be the Epcor Centre expansion. Big project coming down the pipeline.
