What are you talking about? It's based entirely on what was said and not who it was said to. Kornheiser would be in just as much crap if he said 'Hey Wilbon, your pants are so tight I can see your tic-tac sized .'
His comment was a direct shot at how her shirt made her breasts look. Any comment made about a woman is not sexual harassment. I don't know where you get that idea from. When you directly or indirectly invoke someone's genitals in your blast, it turns into sexual harassment. Pretty basic, IMO.
