Yeah, riding a bike is a tough gig. Most riders are very alert and consciencious, but they can do little to control the actions of other drivers. I always try to look out and be aware for people on bikes when I'm driving and allow them a bit more space. Often the biker does nothing wrong, but is the one who suffers the worst fate. I was up in Edmonton yesterday and heard about the accident 123rd, and I forget where else at around 11:15.
