I can't see the Rams being willing to gamble on Bradford given some of the draft issues they've had. They'll go with a more secure bet in Suh or McCoy. The Lions and Bucs both drafted QB's in the first round last year so neither one of them is in the market for one this year. I think Tampa would be willing to move down and they are right in front of Washington.
The Red Skins are the first team who will seriously consider Bradford. With a new regime who have pretty long pricey contracts they may be willing to be patient and let a QB develop. They do need help on the offensive line too. But you can pick Lineman in the 2nd and 3rd round, plug them in next year and let Jason Campbell take a licking until you're ready to put your new franchise QB into play.
Should he get past the Red Skins than KC is a team who should be interested in moving down. So if you want to get in front of Seattle this is your last chance.
If Seattle comes to the board and Bradford is still there I think they should go for him. Hasselback isn't getting any younger and with 3 of the top 40 picks you still have a chance to pick two players who could help you enough right now to compete for your Division as well as a future cornerstone QB. By having that 2nd first round pick at position 14 you are playing with the house's money.

I could have swore that the NFL Network's Jason La Canfora tweeted that there were rumours that the Lions would be willing to trade down.
