I agree dealerships are brutal on some of their charges, but that one seems reasonable from their perspective IMO. And if buddy's getting it done for $20 that is an absolute bargain, although my guess is they must already have his tires off to check his brakes or something since it's so cheap. They would be losing money if they were doing just that for $20 lol.

Like I said, I understand that most people don't have a jack and the wherewithall to do it themselves, what pisses me off is that because I refused to pay someone to do it for me, I lost my free oil changes. That's where the raping occurred.
