I was also in Torino in '06 and their OC never even finished construction of the athlete's village(including washrooms) although they promised the IOC and athletes it would be done every day. I don't think it even made the news. Make no mistake Euro-trash nations look out for each other and are looking to take us colonials down a peg. To many of them we are uncultured boors who can't do anything properly on our own.
It kind of reminds me of the hatred I see posted on other NHL boards (like TSN for example) towards Flames and their fans...heck I thought everyone loved the Flames ;-)
