Default Enmax - What a joke of a company

when it comes to billing.....

So in my 5 months of being with this company, I've not yet received one monthly Bill. Some are 1.5 months, this current one is going on 2.

It was understandable for the first month or two since it was a new house, but this is getting ridiculous. I just called them and told them they essentially haven't billed me in two months, I'm sick of getting hit with $800 dollar bills at once, and if they can't bill me on some sort of monthly basis (or close to it - I know they take readings on different days), I'm going to go with someone who can.

Their response to this complaing " There's nothing we can do. We can offer you an installment payment plan for those periods. "

What a joke. I don't need a friggin installment plan. Money is not the issue here (I have no problem paying my bills myself and my wife live quite comfortably). I'm just tired of trying to figure out when the hell my Enmax bill is coming, or if it's going to be $300,$400, or $800 dollars.

I asked to speak to someone who deals with customer complaints, and was told the person I was talking to (the person who could do nothing) was all I could talk to.

Anyone else having this problem, or know of anything else I can do other than "start an installment plan"
