So a couple weeks ago had gotten the E74 hardware error on my xbox, and just got my refurb back today. I go on to turn my controller and it won't turn on. Tried new batteries, nothing. Different batteries, still nothing.

The controller was working perfectly before I sent by 360 in. It has literally not moved sitting on the shelf from the last time I played it.

I tried prying out the spring on the battery pack, but still nothing.

Anyone have this problem?
