Thanks, you stated what I was trying to point out in clearer terms.

It is the threat of lawsuit and the hassle that disciplining has become that pushes schools to just push off the job to other authorities. Especially the teachers, because the administrations usually don't back them up.


Too many people look at schools as government run daycare where their kids should be coddled, because they're precious.
