I know this is gonna sound like I'm being an a-hole, but I really don't mean it that way. I'm being genuine when I ask: Who buys a used microwave? Really? The MOST expensive microwave Walmart sells is two-fiddy. A nice stainless steel model comes in at a hundred less than that.
Again, not trying to be a ######, the whole thing just strikes me as weird.
I buy things used fairly often, but it would never even cross my mind to buy a used microwave.
I'd say lesson learned and move on, but of course it would be nice if the seller came through and helped out somewhat. I wouldn't say, though that <removed> should feel obliged.
