It is not a browser or OS problem. I am almost certain- I have virtually every Mac imaginable in my office and it works on 10.4, 10.5, 10.6. It does not work however on any non-intel machines.
I know there are forums out there that give solutions to getting silverlight to work on powerpc's, but most of those suggestions do not work.
Which leads to the next question- Are you using a PowerPC or intel machine?
