I've been wondering why everything gets announced in French first and then repeated in English. I figured it was just catering to the over-sensitive French minority in the country. Why is anybody complaining? I would have to assume it must be over signage or something not being bi-lingual since the PA announcements at all the ceremonies clearly gave French priority for some reason.
