I find it amazing that with all the ethnic cuisine you can get in a city like Calgary. You can not find a decent BBQ joint. I wonder why that is? Does BBQ not appeal to most Canadians? I'm not talking about a gas fired grill. I'm talking slowly cooked meat in a wood fired pit. When I travel to Kansas City to watch the Chiefs, I'm just as excited about devouring ribs and pork sandwiches as I am about attending the game at Arrowhead.
If any of you are ever in Kansas City. Be sure to check this place out. Big line up, but well worth the wait.
