I know they are designed to go fast but that doesn't always mean the fastest you can go. There are ways to slow you down, even if it is 5-10mph, which could be the difference of not bailing over the edge after hitting the wall in a weird way to flip your body.
Plus I'm not arguing if the track is dangerous or not, I'm just saying I don't think anyone could have seen this happening and people crying for the designers to be held responsible is just ridiculous.
