And it's a good machine, the 'power rods' or whatever give a constant resistance. I've used it mostly as a bench press and seated row machine (the bench slides on wheels). It's good for resistance sit-ups as well. Bi-cep curls, pretty much everything you need to become Arnold. 'Cept the roids.
