That's a stretch to say the least.

If you get the flu because you did not get the vaccination, you may not die, but you could possibly spread it to someone else who does die.

This is medically accurate.

If you cause someone else to die, may you rot in ****.

Is this the line that you think is implying murder? That's a stretch.
