Population control is not something I dispute. And it is something that will inevitably have to be looked at. As troubling as the system has proven to be in China, in theory, it is the only fair system. Where as all citizens, regardless of physicality, social status or beliefs, are limited to only one child.
However, when you start saying, they can't have children because they are dumb and ugly, but you can because you are perfect physical specimens both physically and genetically, then you are discriminating.
