Here is the crux of your argument correct?

Three things wrong with this.

1. There is no way to judge who is more or less fit fairly. Sure there may be some examples that seem to cry out 'this person isn't fit' but the whole excersise(why can't I spell that right?) is prejudiced and unfair. Not to mention that it would be impossible to 'draw a line' as not only conditions are different, but the ways in which people react to them are as well.

2. Non-mentally challenged people make bad and irresponsible reproductive choices too. Why challenge or penalize one group of society based on a chance they MIGHT, when every group does?

3. No one can judge what is 'thought through'. We all have our own ideas of what's important and what is of value to us. The way one person thinks something through, whether handicapped or not, is going to be different than the way another one thinks something through.
