You did not mean people that aren't able to form a complete thought or to consent to sex themselves. That is a completely unrelated matter.
You meant people with genetic, mental disabilities that may or may not have these disabilities passed down to their children.
That is what you said. And that they shouldn't be allowed to reproduce.
