I'm not talking about functional, capable people who had terrible luck but still live a rather full life that they get full enjoyment out of.
But there really should be a line drawn. Somewhere.
(And I've talked to a pretty heavily handicapped person who has a kid. He is walked around the mall, while other care givers take care of his child)
