I'm flying to Boston for 2 nights from Feb 24-26/27th and found the cheapest airlines are either Air Canada or Alaska. Of the two, which would you fly on?

I enjoy the entertainment on Air Canada, and have never been on Alaska. Seeing as it is a very long flight, entertainment + food are probably my biggest concerns.

Or are there other ones like United (heard was crappy)?
