Fred's Not Here? I swear when I was in junior high my best friend said he was one day going to open a restaurant called Bob's Not Here. That is crazy. But I doubt this guy has a restaurant now.
As for Toronto, I would have to suggest the mini golfing at Ontario Place and then just wandering around. Wander down Queen St., Yonge St., Bay St. U of T is nice place to check out and there should be lots of young girls there around this time of the year.
