Regarding the Rainy Day fund, that money isn't doing the People of Alberta any good sitting in a bank account. If oil rebounds, that fund will be reinvigorated within 5 years. I do hope the government invests in research and development. Once the oil is gone, the Rainy Day fund will be a moot point anyway.
Naw our strategy should be to become a have not province with very loud seperatist type demands.

Alberta should balance its budget on the backs of Sask's economy.
