I own a condo in the Sasso building that I rent out. A realtor recomended Hopestreet property management to me and so did a co-worker in my firm. I called them and left a message, but by the time their guy called me back I had already hired Emerald Management Ltd. Fine...my bad, I'm probably a bit impatient.

Hiring Emerald Management = Big mistake!

Last month Emerald charged me $1125 for a new toilet and refuses to explain why the cost was so high. My office assistant has called them at least 5 times since the begining of the month trying to get info. 6 or so months ago, they charged me about the same amount for "unclogging" the toilet. They are lousy at returning calls, I get the impression they are overworked.

They seem okay at managing condo boards tho (which was why I hired them in the first place).
