Nothing is better when people just expect a store or restureant to bend over for them. People get so angry when I deny them returns. I had one guy come in and try to return a flames jersey that his son played hockey in and it frayed along the boards. I told him I can't take that but maybe if he talks to my manager he could do something.
Guy lost it, started threatening me, telling me he's going to ruin me and stuff like that... and now I'm here on CP taking it out on you guys...
But actually he just called head office they told him to call reebok and nothing ever came of it.
