Reading some of the worst of the new stories, the situation in New Orleans seems worse than the urban chaos of Iraq.
There's absolutely no help, no troops, no food, no supplies, nothing is happening but anarchy and violence.
I can't believe this is the United States of America. How can they expect to bring peace and order to Iraq when they can't even save their own people on their own home soil?
New Orleans is looking more and more like a war-torn country and the Superdome a refugee camp.
