I always thought that Constellation was a bit of a half a$$ idea. There has to be more efficient ways to get into space even for the short hop to the ISS. Plus the Constellation is limiting and resource hungry. Its pretty much like they'd reached into a time capsule from the 70's for that idea.

They really need to focus on a better way to transition from atmospheric to orbital flights with an easier cheaper return concept which allows for rapid turn around.
