that's because they are in the east and there are 8 teams, until something changes that will be the way it is
CFL sked = each team plays the team from the other division twice home and away, within the division each team plays 2 of the divisional teams 3 times, and one 4 times, rotating each year. (ex. Stamps played Sask 4 times in 08, Edm 4 times last season and plays BC 4 times this season)
