Absolutely. If you need a drink, water is the best thing for you. I used to have a high-calorie/high-carb V8-Fusion at break and have switched to water instead. I'm just of the mind of "drink enough water to keep yourself well hydrated" vs "force yourself to have 8 8oz glasses of water every day even if you don't need it".
