No, definitely not an Emergency vehicle. It was just a plain regular dark blue Ford Explorer. It's very possible they were equally as passed as I was, but given the mood I was in, I was willing and wanting to make that idiot pay for blatantly being a ****** for no reason. I mean, I was going to take my frustration out on the rightful source -- my school. I was going to write them a letter and ask why they didn't notify me of the class cancellations. This person, if they really were in a bad mood, decided to take their anger out on me and other car drivers by being a rude moron. It was very obvious they were deliberately not letting me over, and basically making it impossible for me to merge, like I said, almost hitting my car at times.
At any rate, I really wasn't looking for your opinion on the story, I was just providing some background information so that people wouldn't come to this thread and say "Huh?". Rather, what I did want was information on how to impound :P
