Mostly they look like garden variety looters who would be shot at in most other circumstances. . . . .

Anyone watch CNN a few hours ago when they had on a lady who had survived the Biloxi wipeout? I only mention her because, standing amid the rubble of her home and the rubble of all her neighbours homes, with tears streaming down her face, she had the most amazing pile of curlers arranging her hair that appeared to be straight out of Trailer Trash Weekly. Not belittling her plight but I couldn't help but wonder when she would have had the time and the inclination to throw her hair up in binders like that. An amazing sight.
