iTunes does everything for you if you have an iPod. When you put in a disc you just import to iTunes into AAC or MP3 and it will add the songs to your iPod when you sync. When you put in a CD top right button changes to an import button and it will find the track names, album name and cover art for you. Make sure you check the prefs, properties on PC?, that the import settings are right ie mp3 @ 256. AAC is a better format then MP3 but MP3s are more versitile.

Even if you don't have an iPod, iTunes is free and a great way to organize your music, burn, rip, mix.
