I agree that Damon would pretty much just be money spent to try and draw a few extra fans. I wonder how well his numbers would be if he's not hitting in the new Yankee Stadium, and not having guys like Jeter, Texeira, and Rodriguez hitting all around him? If he's on the Jays I bet his average is in the 260's, his slugging is low 400's and his on base might be 350. His speed is no longer anything special, and his defence is terrible.

The team is already concerned about it's corner defence using guys like Snyder and Lind and than factor in Wallace not really having a position to play either. So by adding guys like Damon and or Delgado I don't know if it really accomplishes anything. Plus Wells should be playing left field too given his range and arm.
