Reports that McGowan had his first off mount thorwing session today and that it went well. Hopefully the guy can get back to health and resume what was looking like a promising career. He definitely had the physical stuff to be an above average pitcher.

Good news, I'd have him start on the DL but not push him. It;s real encouraging to see him recover to the point of pushing the org to a decision like the one they'll have to make. Him and Morrow are going to really give this Left-handed Muskateers line-up we are going see out there, a real nice combo to keep hitters in a series from getting too comfy.
What do y'all think o' the Damon and Delgado rumors? Cito likes Delgado for his roving back up coaching potentials. Damon would hit lead off and he texted he would do it for the right deal according to SI.
