I don't think they're in the market for a tight end.
Although one thing I'll say in Teebows defence is that I think the guy will put in the required work to get better. I don't think he'll pull the Jamarcus take the money and run. He's not going to be able to play as an every down quarterback right away. But if he mentored under a good veteran with good coaching for 2 seasons he may turn out to be a decent pick. Not the type of guy you neccessarily want to spend a first round pick on, but maybe not a bad gamble as a 2nd rounder for a team with a longer term need.
