If I was buying the TV from you, I wouldn't give you $200 for that warranty.

Many people do not like buying extended warranties. And the reason Visions offers a store credit is they are banking on a good number of people not remembering/ not keeping the paperwork/ not caring.

Depending on the age of the TV, you might be better off not transferring the warranty, and then claiming the $400 yourself later on. (Of course give the buyer the option.)
