LSV (Large Scale Vehicle): Ordered 12 Feb 1999, designed and built by an industry team from Newport News Shipbuilding and General Dynamics/Electric Boat Company under contract from Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). I think there is a nuclear silo(s) near Sandpoint too. The signs say they will shoot to kill if you try to climb the fences.
