im with jpold, very overwhelmed!

i do pretty intense martial arts 2 or 3 times a week and have no idea when or what to eat in advance.

if i eat to close to working out, i feel like i will throw up. if i eat to heavy, i feel like i will throw up. but i need enough to keep up with the workout!

any suggestions?
