You heard Welker try and do his old Megatron voice recently? Sounds like an old man with lung problems, just not menacing. That's why he was passed over during the Bay moves for Hugo Weaving and likely why he was passed over here. I won't be shocked if he's voicing Skywarp/Soundwave if they have lines.
