I watched the first part of the NK documentary, which was quite intersting. Will have to watch the rest and others when I get a chance.

Obviously the NK military and marching stuff is taken from propaganda movies, but it really is impressive. Could you imagine standing there with thousands upon thousands of soldiers marching in unison like they do? Unbelievable.

Watching the first part kind of made me want to go on the "tour" or NK. I bet it's pretty safe there. Probably a lot more safe than 80% of the other countries in the world. You have an escort everywhere, they have an itinerary for your entire trip. You're not allowed to leave the hotel unless they say so. I'd say that's probably as safe as you can get. Unless of course they just decided to off you, then there would be nothing you could do about it.
