How can you think Vinny isn't a tough player? He's 6'4" and I'll be damned if I've ever gone to a game where he let someone push him around. It just doesn't happen.

I lost any respect I had for the guy when he acted like he had been shot when he got hit from behind in game 4 and as soon as Nemo got five minutes and the game he got up like it was nothing serious. I'm ashamed to see a Team Canada jersey on the guy because that kind of crap isnt Canadian hockey and from now on I will always think of the guy as a big *$#@!. [/b][/quote]
I don't remember the incident in particular, but just from a defensive standpoint pretty much every player has, at least one time or another, gone down and pretended to be hurt longer than the hit required. At any rate, a check from behind is almost always dangerous no matter how you look at it, so I can't necessarily blame him.
Moreover, Vinny does stick up for his own teammates, like St. Louis for example who's real tiny and often times has a hard time with lots of "bullies" always targeting him. It's always easier to hate a guy who's not on your favorite team. I think you'd feel different towards Vinny, if not even a little bit, if he were on the Flames and you could see his work ethic and toughness.
