This is pretty easy to create actually, if it gets one wrong then it asks you to tell it and provide a question and answer for it, then it adjusts its database (or at least that's how most of these I've seen work). Mechanical turk kind of idea.
So it's actually susceptible to an attack, if you force it into being wrong intentionally you can feed it disinformation and make the database worse, though a good one will see what you are trying to do sometimes, and discount unique answers and wait for multiple right answers to base its answers on.
