Can it really be plead down to that?
The Cops are saying 1st degree, That holds a significant sentence, But you are suggesting it can be "Bargained" down to Man Slaughter?
I'll be disgusted if it comes down to that, He'll for sure be behind bars for lesss than 3 years if that happens.
