He has little respect for others in his line of work, and has lost alot of it from the entertainers in his business. Comedians don't like him and haven't for a long time. He seldom has stand-up acts on (unlike other late night shows) and has the most bland writing.
The problem isn't NBC or Conan his fans, its the humourless f***ing dimwits that liked Leno so much.
Leno is the vanilla ice cream of comedy. Sure, its ok but there is wwaaaaaaaayyyy better.

Maybe there's better, but Conan wasn't it. Conan had a hard enough time beating Ferguson in ratings. How NBC came to a conclusion that he was good enough to compete with Letterman is beyond me.
Leno's earnings have nothing to do with this situation. It just shows how successful and consistent he has been. You may not like it along with the younger crowd, but that doesn't matter. The young people of today will eventually get tired of guys like Conan. The act of a College prankster is only appealing to those that can relate to it.
Conan is possibly done, FOX may take him on, but they won't put him against Leno and Letterman. So wherever Conan goes he will at best get what NBC offered him. And let's not forget the drama of him leaving. Leno was screwed out of a job and you never heard from him. Conan dragged the whole network through mud. Does FOX ignore that? If they give in to Conan which seems to be the only way with this guy then they have to put him against the big boys. Can he beat them? No, been there done that. What can they do then, move him 30 minutes? See where I am going with it? Conan is damaged goods now. What do you all think?
