Take the top off the case and there are usually two screws holding onto the front as well as there may be screws that are holding it on. Sometimes there are tabs too. Just fiddle with it, it's not so hard to get off. You need to remove the entire front plastic black panel.

If you are lazy, you could just find the power connector on the motherboard and pull it off and replace it with another switch or even start the computer by shorting out the jumpers with a screwdriver.
