If you can do this you can probably fix it yourself. Find the broken plastics and you will see the actual switch. press the button and your computer should boot. You can either mod the case to leave the small switch accessible or replace the computer case with a new one. 20 minutes and $50 you should be done. If you want to hire someone still let me know.
