The GQ article also claims that the witness was wounded in the shooting as well receiving a bullet in his beer belly. Bullet is still there. The gun used in the shooting was registered to Harrison (maybe not registered but he admitted to owning it) and was found at his carwash in the same neighborhood as the shooting. Harrison claimed that the gun had not been fired in couple of years and that until the day the police came to question him, it had been locked in a gun cabinet in his suburban home. This statement from Harrison pretty much indicated to police that he was lying since the casing left behind after the shooting matched the gun that had supposedly been locked in Harrison's house.
