There is no way that you are going to track down this person based on their Interac bank account number. If this were a murder investigation, the POLICE would be able to track the person down, but last I checked the penalties for these two crimes varied in severity.
I think you need to let this go...
OR
Get yourself one of these:
- Interview people in the area to see if there were any witnesses to the crime
- Brush down the receipts for fingerprints and run them through AFIS
- Get saliva off the straw and run the DNA against CODIS
- Check for nearby tire tracks to get a make/model of the getaway car
- Search the neighborhood for any security cameras (and ZOOM IN and ENHANCE!!!)
Once you have gathered your evidence, present to the nearest police department and I'm sure they will make an arrest based on your findings.
