I was parking at a Shoppers Drugmart and the empty stall next to me had a pile of McDonalds garbage. It looked like someone had breakfast and simply threw all the trash onto the ground. I hate when people litter, and it is a sign of complete disrespect to basically everything. I stared at the trash and imagined what I would do had I saw the event take place when I noticed the receipt in the pile. The loser paid with interact.

Is there anything I can do to track the offender based on the details of the receipt? How can I pursue this?

I did collect and properly throw out several of the items that were on the ground.
